OMG…what is this? This is an example of why my husband doesn’t want to retire. This is a martini glass sitting in a fry plan on our kitchen counter while my husband is pouring water into the glass. He asks for anyone to come rescue him

The S Curve

It’s that time of the year in Denver. I’m a desperate woman 4 a photo opt. Soooo, I went to my husband’s work bench, stole a roll of wire, formed it into an S shape, placed it on a piece of white paper outside on a bench just after it stopped snowing and the sun came out. My inspiration came from Sue Karski’s life savers photo. Thank you Sue!

Now that it’s 21 degrees with snow in Denver, this picture of a trumpet creeper vine looks pretty darn good to me. The pic was taken at the Denver Botanic Gardens. Denver is a high plains desert and when you add a little water, warm weather and fertilizer you get this.
